Sales & Distribution
We proudly serve the entire state of New Jersey, covering all 21 counties, 9.5 million residents, and a growing network of nearly 300 dispensaries, plus over 60 unique producers. Our team brings a face-to-face sales philosophy to every relationship, ensuring that customers receive personal attention, clear communication, and reliable service. Our representatives work directly with dispensary partners, providing category insights, market data, and portfolio recommendations designed to optimize retail products and positioning, sales velocity, and consumer engagement. Our distribution model includes:

Purchasing
Our procurement process starts with partnership. We identify leading cultivators and processors from the Garden State and collaborate to source cannabis products that meet the highest industry standards of quality and excellence. We’re not collectors, so every brand we bring to market is carefully vetted to ensure the final consumer experience matches the producer’s intent. Our purchasing standards include:
- Buying finished products in bulk, enhancing cash flow for partners
- Sourcing only reputable, differentiated, and innovative cannabis brands
- Strong, detailed SOPs for quality assurances across the entire supply chain
- Strict compliance to all NJCRC procurement rules and regulations
Warehousing
Product integrity is paramount. Our 12,000 cu. ft. lab-quality, climate-controlled storage POD maintains ideal conditions to preserve product form and freshness. We offer incremental cold storage for certain concentrates and biomass, and operate under strict FIFO inventory management. Located in Union, New Jersey, our warehouse features sealed doors, electronic key access, and advanced security camera systems with 24/7 monitoring for additional peace of mind. Our warehousing approach prioritizes:
- Climate controls—temperature and humidity—are maintained for maximum product consistency
- Rigorous intake inspection protocol, strict FIFO inventory model, and live on-hand visibility
- Safe and secure storage, complete with around-the-clock electronic monitoring
- Strategic investments in QC with a “better to have it and not need it” approach
